• Account information: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Uploaded content: Images you upload for video generation. Stored on Hetzner Cloud (EU).
• Generated content: Videos created by our AI, stored on Hetzner Cloud (EU).
• Usage data: Video generation requests, feature usage, and subscription status.

2. Analytics

We use Datafast (datafa.st) and Yandex.Metrika for website analytics.

Datafast may collect:

• Page views, referrer information, and traffic sources
• Browser and device type
• Geographic location
• Custom events (e.g. button clicks, video generation)

Yandex.Metrika may collect:

• Page views, referrer information, and traffic sources
• Browser and device type
• Session recordings (Webvisor) — anonymized replays of user interactions
• Click maps and scroll maps
• E-commerce events

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner Cloud, Germany). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI DSS compliant.

7. Cookies

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored until you delete them or close your account. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
